NearMe Networks, LLC respects your privacy.

What we collect

• Search terms you enter (ZIP, city, bank name) are used to query public FDIC data and are not tied to your identity.
• Contact form submissions (name, email, message) are used only to respond to you.
• Location: to show nearby banks, we use the approximate location (city/ZIP area) that our host Cloudflare derives from your IP address, and — only if you tap "Use my exact location" and allow it — your device's location. It is used only to find nearby branches for that page view and is not stored or shared.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type is processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we never ask for bank account numbers, SSNs, or passwords.

Cookies

The Site does not set advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary security cookies.

To access or delete information you sent us, use our contact form.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13.
